Family Russian is a more focused course designed for people who need Russian primarily for communication with a partner and family members. It combines the essential basics of the language with vocabulary, expressions, and real-life situations common in family life, relationships, and home communication. Instead of following the traditional full A1–B1 path, it selects the most relevant elements from different levels to help learners communicate confidently in the situations that matter most to them.
